How does getting vending installed at my location work?
Request a free evaluation and we'll typically contact you within one business day to review your location. Once approved, installation usually takes several days to a couple of weeks depending on machine availability and site requirements.
Is there any cost to my business?
No. For approved locations, there are no equipment, installation, stocking, or service costs to the host business. The host provides a standard electrical outlet. We earn revenue from purchases made at the machine.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Our standard placement agreement has no minimum term. Either party may end it with 30 days' notice.
Who handles stocking and maintenance?
We do. KayBeeVending monitors inventory, restocks based on actual demand, maintains the machine and adjusts the product mix based on sales and feedback.
What does my location need to qualify?
We generally look for indoor locations with approximately 50 or more people passing through daily. Offices, apartments, gyms, hotels, healthcare facilities, dealerships, manufacturing facilities and warehouses can all be good candidates. Our free site evaluation determines whether your location is a good fit.
Can we choose or change the products?
Yes. The product mix can be adjusted based on your preferences, customer feedback and actual sales. Most standard food and beverage items are typically priced between $1.50 and $4.00, with some premium products priced higher. We do not sell alcohol or tobacco products.
What happens after installation?
We continue monitoring, stocking and servicing the machine. About 30 days after installation, we'll also follow up with your site contact to review the product mix, restocking schedule and overall placement.
